Mr. Sanford has been a superintendent in the commercial roofing industry for over twenty seven years with specialized expertise in single-ply roof systems.
Since 2006, Mr. Sanford has worked on site at a major steel plant in southern California where his knowledge of stringent safety requirements have made him a valuable partner to the plant’s safety and procurement departments. Mr. Sanford has also completed single-ply projects for leading companies such as: Target, Boeing, The Irvine Company and Home Depot.
Mr. Sanford has worked with the Red Pointe Project Management team members since 2003 and is OSHA 30 certified.
