Roberto Pena

Superintendent

Mr. Pena began working in the roofing industry in 2003 at the age of seventeen. Quickly working his way into leadership positions, Mr. Pena has spent the past decade managing one the commercial roofing industry’s best crews while working on some of southern California’s most high profile roofing projects. Mr. Pena has been with Red Pointe Roofing since its founding in 2013 and was promoted to Superintendent in 2019.
