Mr. Coronel is a tactical safety professional with over fourteen years of experience in OSHA safety and health regulatory compliance, state and federal EPA compliance, industrial hygiene, construction safety and building code, fire and life safety, and emergency response training. Mr. Coronel has worked in the roofing industry since 2002 and holds the following certifications: OSHA 500, U.S. Army Corps of Engineering EM385 1-1, MSHA, First Aid/CPR Instruction and Forklift and Boom lift Instructor.
At Red Pointe Roofing Mr. Coronel is responsible for the overall implementation of the company's safety program which includes: the writing of specific safety plans for every production project, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety codes, providing all employees constant and relevant safety training, setting disciplinary policy, investigating accidents and acting as the primary liaison between our field employees and administrators. Mr. Coronel also serves on the company Leadership Committee with other senior managers to develop strategic initiatives relating to safety, operations, long term vision, employee benefits and recognition and charitable contributions.
Mr. Coronel has worked with the Red Pointe team members since 2006 and is the chairman of the Red Pointe Roofing Safety Committee. Mr. Coronel was also the recipient of the company’s “Peak Performer Award” in 2021.
