Mr. Patterson has spent his professional career working in sales, marketing and business development for prominent environmental service and construction companies. Active in the commercial roofing industry since 1998, Mr. Patterson held key management positions at two of southern California’s leading commercial roofing companies, helping them build respected and sustained brands. At Red Pointe Roofing Mr. Patterson oversees the company's marketing efforts and also serves on the Leadership Committee with other senior managers to develop strategic initiatives relating to safety, operations, long term vision, employee benefits and recognition, and charitable contributions.
Mr. Patterson is also an expert in Federal Government Program Management, having secured over $40,000,000 in federal government contracts since 2006. Mr. Patterson is a certified LEED-AP through the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and a certified solar roofing professional (CSRP) through the NRCA certification program. Mr. Patterson has also been a member of the International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants (IIBEC) since 2003.
Mr. Patterson earned his MBA (Marketing emphasis) from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University. In addition, Mr. Patterson is a member of the Red Pointe Roofing Safety Committee with OSHA 30 certification.
